Performance Name (StanceSu)

A bard with this performance can do something cool. Each round that the bard sustains this performance, they may choose a number of their allies (including themselves) to affect with this performance, based on their current Bard level, as described below:

  • At Bard levels 1 - 10, the bard may affect up to 3 allies.
  • At Bard levels 11 - 20, the bard may affect up to 4 allies.
  • At bard levels above 21, the bard may affect up to 5 allies.

All allies chosen to be affected must be within range of the performance (typically within 30 feet of the bard), and must be able to perceive the performance.

{{{Description}}}

No creature may be under the effects of more than one performance, even if they are being performed by different bards.

Finale: One ally that is affected by this performance at the time the finale is triggered may do something interesting.

Palliative Command (Stance; Su)

A bard of 4th level or higher can use their performance to help their allies withstand attacks. The bard may choose to affect a number of their allies (including themselves) depending on their level, as long as all of those allies are within 30 feet of the bard, and can perceive the performance.

  • At Bard levels 1 - 12, the bard may affect up to 3 allies.
  • At Bard levels 13 - 24, the bard may affect up to 4 allies.
  • At bard levels above 25, the bard may affect up to 5 allies.

Each ally under the effects of palliative command can reduce the damage of a single successful attack made against them by half, once per round. This can be declared after the damage total of an attack is announced, but before it is subtracted from the character's hit points. You cannot, however, wait until all attacks are resolved against you and then choose which attack to use it against. Palliative Command can never be used more than once per affected ally per round, and during rounds in which that ally is one of the chosen targets of the performance.

Finale: All affected allies within range heal 1d8 + the bard's CHA modifier points of damage as Instantaneous Healing.
