tinkers tunic  = acts as a merchant, level determined by how much you buy it for.  even allows barter rolls!  has a built-in discount, depending upon level
the tinker's tunic should have a limited number of transactions per day, to prevent it from eliminating shopping downtime. Lowest level should be 1 transaction (sell or buy) per day. Highest level should be 9 transactions (sell or buy) per day. (Do NOT allow unlimited sells or buys.)  Selling 'sellable goods' should be defined as 'an individual's portion of one encounter's sellable goods equals one sell'.  Being able to transform large amounts of sellable goods into money (or perhaps into a 'pot' that can be used to buy from the tunic) will make carrying capacity less important if that process is too available.  (Alternatively, don't allow selling to the tunic at all, only buying.)  To make it 'good', though, the transactions could be very quick (full round action?) allowing it to stack with shopping days.  Also, I would probably skip the whole 'can make a barter roll' thing and just bake in a scaling discount for each one to replace the barter check.  This is much simpler than trying to work out the DC's for each item in the clade (if you use DC's, I would suggest higher DC's for the cheaper items, and lower DC's for the higher level items, but really, just don't do this).

contortionist corset = as corset of the vishkanya, adds bonuses to escape artist, acrobatics, and movement skills, allows squeezing as size small, tiny, or dimunitive without penalty, scales to equal spellbouncy body, then scale up to form of dust 
explosive robe = as necklace of fire, body slot, comes in fire, cold, lightning and acid, respecively, red-orange, blue-green, white-blue, and green-yellow, always point blank, plus adds defenses as blazing, shocking, and voidfrost robes. Choose damage type when you buy the item.  'devastation cassock' 'holocaust cloak' 'hecatomb mantle'
robe of gates = adds scaling bonus to summon spells (+1 CR to +2 CR to +1 +1CR creature per summon, to +1 +2 CR creature per summon), also allows Plane Shift 1/moon scaling to 1/day, Gate 1/moon to 1/day

shroud of dusk and dawn = creates an aura of either bright or dim light around the wearer, ranging from 10 feet to 300 feet in many steps, which can be turned on, off, or reshaped/resized as a standard/swift/part of move/immediate action. can be used to inflict dazzled on one, two, three, all enemies in the aura as a standard/swift, DC based on BAB
lunar robes = when worn, grants an action point 1/moon, 1/week, 1/day. also makes any day spent on downtime count as two days, or three days. can convert one damage effect per day, 3/day, 1/encounter, 2/encounter, 3/encounter, 1/round, 2/round, 3/round, all damage, to either radiant or stellar damage
shroud of shadows = acts as a summon monster 3,5,6,8 or 9, once, twice, or three times per day. always adds the shadow pattern to all summoned monsters, and summons two at once, then three at once.  very high minimum level (11,14,17,20,24,28,33,38)
