To confirm: Rogues do **not** add static adders to damage (+1 enhancement bonuses, etc.) twice to "Special Critical Attacks", just the once.  Is that correct?


  Yes, just the once, except for their stat-based adders.  From the page: ''"In addition, Rogues add all permanent non-dice adders that would normally be added to their damage to the critical hit damage, and then add their Int mod and their Dex mod (if a Clever rogue) or their Str mod and their Dex mod (if a Ruthless rogue) to their damage a second time."''
