Description

You create a larger and far more menacing version of yourself that you can send forth, manipulate like a puppet, and use to interact with others. You can make the duplicate larger or smaller, toothed, clawed, horned, monstrous in many ways. The duplicate always looks similar and is easily recognizable as being 'yours'. You should determine a theme as to how it alters your original appearance. This duplicate always retains some vestiges of your actual appearance, and is always the same size as you are.
The duplicate always appears in a space adjacent to your space, and if there is not a valid space for it to appear, the magic fails, wasting the extract.
This extract otherwise functions exactly as a Summon Monster IX (Spell), with the final caveat that your monstrous copy's Summoned Strike ability is a ranged attack, with a 20 foot range increment and a maximum range of 100 feet, that deals damage as a splash weapon. Thus, the bombs your duplicate throws are not as intense as your own, but they always hit. Note that Summon Feats will work to boost the effects of this extract!
This spell lays an arcane or divine charge on its target(s), depending on the caster who is casting the spell. If the targets are something other than you or another creature (such as an object or area), the spell lays an arcane or divine charge on you, the caster. Divine casters lay a divine charge, and arcane casters lay an arcane charge. Targets which already have an arcane or divine charge present must choose which to keep if the new spell has the same charge type. Only one arcane charge and one divine charge can ever be present on a target at a time.
