| Benefit=You can move normally on liquid surfaces as long as you take at least one normal move action every round and displace at least three squares from your previous location with that movement.  While walking on a liquid you treat creatures swimming at the surface of the liquid in all ways as if they are prone, even though they do not have the prone condition.  Namely, you gain +4 to hit them in melee, they are at penalties to attack you, etc.  Note that this is strictly a movement ability, and imparts no protections against touching hazardous liquids such as poison moats or lava lakes.
