Journeyman's Wand of the Elements

A wand of the elements is a hardwood branch carved with the appearance of cracked stone, burning flames, flowing water, and billowing air. The whole of the piece is quite impressive, and the level of artistry required to carve it is impressive to behold.
Wands of the elements are highly prized by spell-casting adventurers for their ability to surprise enemies with an unexpected damage type.
A journeyman's wand of the elements grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Element Spell (Feat) to any 1st through 7th level spell, up to once per round, without increasing the spell level of the spell.
The wielder must already possess the Element Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.
This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.
