Description
- You make a poultice of heavy minerals and sands, mixed with blood, sap, bile, and ichor. Lead Blades increases the momentum and density of one of your melee weapons after you have smeared the poultice along the edge. If you dual-wield two weapons in combat, one poultice will treat both of them with one application. All melee weapons treated with a Lead Blades poultice deal damage as if one size category larger than they actually are (see Table: Base Weapon Damage by Size).
- For instance, a Medium longsword normally deals 1d8 points of damage, but it would instead deal 2d6 points of damage if benefiting from Lead Blades. Only the person who administers the poultice can benefit from this spell. If anyone else uses a treated weapon to make an attack it deals damage as normal for its size.
