Prerequisites: Epic Talents, Befuddling Strike
Benefits: When the rogue deals sneak attack damage against an opponent, that opponent gains the Disoriented condition. No target may be afflicted with the Disoriented condition more than once per round, and the condition ends at the start of the rogue's next turn. Creatures with roles, such as Threats and Heavies, treat this talent as a condition, to which they have partial immunity, as defined in their role description.
