Prerequisites: Epic Talents, Befuddling Strike
Benefits: Once per round, when the rogue deals sneak attack damage against an opponent, that opponent gains the Disoriented condition. No target may be afflicted with the Disoriented condition more than once per encounter, and the condition ends at the start of the rogue's next turn.
