Adhesive (Armor Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +3

On command, the hands and feet of this armor's wearer become incredibly sticky, granting them a Lesser Climb speed of 20 feet. The stickiness grants the wearer a +2 enhancement bonus on Maneuver Offense checks made to Disarm, Grapple, Reposition, Steal, or Trip. The wearer does not need to spend an action to use these abilities, they are inherent in the armor itself.

Special:Adhesive cannot be placed on armor with any version of the Slick (Armor Magic Property).

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 30), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
