| Benefit = Once per round as a standard action, or as the first attack of a full attack action, you can activate Arcing Strike to lance a bolt of lightning through several nearby enemies. Choose an adjacent target you threaten and can perceive. Make a melee touch attack at your highest attack value, based on the weapon wielded in your main hand.  This does not provoke attacks of opportunity.  If the touch attack hits, you deal your normal weapon damage plus 1d6 points of lightning damage to your target, plus an additional 1d6 per experience tier of the Barbarian class you possess (i.e. 2d6 minimum, 3d6 if you have at least 6 levels of Barbarian, 4d6 if you have at least 11 levels of Barbarian, 5d6 if you have at least 16 levels of Barbarian, etc., to a maximum of 8d6 if you have at least 31 levels of Barbarian).  Choose another target within 10 feet of the first, and roll a melee touch attack against it as well, dealing the same damage as you dealt to your first target, if you hit.

Arcing Strike (Su)

Requires: Barbarian 1, Primal Mien
Benefit: Once per round as a standard action, or as the first attack of a full attack action, you can activate Arcing Strike to lance a bolt of lightning (energy, common) through several nearby enemies. Choose an adjacent target you threaten and can perceive. Make a melee touch attack at your highest attack value, based on the weapon wielded in your main hand. This does not provoke attacks of opportunity. If the touch attack hits, you deal your normal weapon damage plus 2d6 points of lightning damage to your target, plus an additional 1d6 per experience tier of the Barbarian class you possess after the first (i.e. 3d6 if you have at least 6 levels of Barbarian, 4d6 if you have at least 11 levels of Barbarian, 5d6 if you have at least 16 levels of Barbarian, etc., to a maximum of 8d6 if you have at least 31 levels of Barbarian). Choose another target within 10 feet of the first, and roll a melee touch attack against it as well, dealing the same damage as you dealt to your first target, if you hit.

Progression:

 • 11th Level: Add your WIS modifier to the damage dealt by Arcing Strike. In addition, Arcing strike can now affect a third target, as long as it is within 10 feet of the second target. You cannot affect the same creature more than once per round with Arcing Strike. Roll each touch attack sequentially, and if any of the attacks miss, all attacks after that one are also considered misses, immediately ending Arcing Strike. Damage is rolled once, and is applied to every target hit by Arcing Strike.
 • 21st Level: Arcing Strike may arc to enemies that are within 20 feet of a previously struck foe, instead of 10 feet.
 • 31st Level: Add your CON modifier to the damage dealt by Arcing Strike. In addition, Arcing strike can now affect a fourth target, as long as it is within 20 feet of the third target.
