Not only does medium armor look fabulous, it also makes it harder to tell you're really a rogue. Except for all the "stabby! stabby! kill! kill!," of course.

Prerequisites: Rogue 11

Benefit: A rogue with this talent gains the Medium Armor Proficiency feat as a bonus feat, and may use sneak attack while wearing medium armor.
