Bashing (Shield Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +1

A bashing shield deals +2 points of Base Weapon Damage when used to perform a Shield Bash. Base weapon damage is multiplied at each experience tier above courageous, meaning this damage increases to +4 at 6th level, +6 at 11th level, +8 at 16th level, +10 at 21st level, +12 at 26th level, and +14 at 31st level and above. Base weapon damage is always multiplied on a critical hit, as it is NOT bonus damage. Base weapon damage always stacks with any other source of base weapon damage.

Only Light Shields and Heavy Shields can have this ability; Bucklers, War Shields, and Tower Shields may not.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 17), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
