Blinding (Shield Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +1

As a standard action, a shield with this ability flashes with a brilliant light. This ability is usable up to twice per day upon command of the wielder. Any enemy within a 20 foot cone (a 4x4 space adjacent to the wielder's space) must make a successful Reflex save (vs a DC of 10 + half wielder's level + either STR or CON modifier) or be blinded to sight-based senses for the remainder of the encounter.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 17), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
