Your eyes never stop moving, your awareness stays at peak levels at all times.
Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 1
Benefit: During any surprise round, a rogue with this talent may perform a move action, even if they are surprised. If they are not surprised, they gain a move action in addition to the standard action normally allowed during surprise rounds.
