Canny Observer
Prerequisites: -
Benefit: During any surprise round, a rogue with this talent may make a move action, even if they are surprised. If they are not surprised, they gain a move action in addition to the standard action normally allowed during surprise rounds.
Special: A rogue with the 'Clever Rogue' path is never surprised during a surprise round, and may therefore always take a move and standard action during such rounds.
