Cloaking, Perfect (Shield Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +9 (epic)

You must be level 21 or higher to equip, wield or wear an item with this property.

A Cloaking shield adds a +10 Resistance Bonus to all saving throws made by the wearer while it is being proficiently wielded.

If anything occurs to cause the wielder of a Cloaking shield to lose their AC bonus from the shield (such as using that hand for anattack, for example), then the bonus to saving throws is lost as well.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 72), a mythic remnant (tier 8), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
