Corinthus Shadowfel, Human, God-Touched Sorcerer

Corinthus came from a moderately wealthy (fine makers of weapons and armor) family. He was well educated and expressed a fascination with history and the impact warfare on the region. His interests lead him to becoming a museum archivist reviewing artifacts recovered from nearby ancient battlefields. One day while cataloguing artifacts, he pricked his finger on one such artifact. The artifact absorbed his blood and a burst of green light bloomed from the item. It awakened Corinthus' sorcerous heritage and bloodline. After spending some time exploring his heritage within the safe confines of the museum, to grow in power and skill, Corinthus decided he would need to venture forth from the hallowed halls of the museum. He would explore his dark heritage and his growing fascination with death and undeath, life and unlife. Does being a dark sorcerer require one to be evil, or just indifferent? Or perhaps, these dark powers can be used for good. What will Corinthus discover about himself and his bloodline?
