Your song becomes the only thing your victims can hear.

Prerequisites: Level 26, Perform 21 ranks, Bardic Performance Song of Mayhem class feature

Related: Hindering Song (Feat)

Benefit: When the bard performs Song of Mayhem, all affected creatures they choose to target become Deafened without recourse, this ability having no save and no to-hit roll, but continue to hear the Bard's music in their minds. As such, they may have no idea that they have been Deafened, unless prompted with visual cues.

If the Bard then hits a creature Deafened by the Bard's Song of Mayhem, the Bard may choose to replace the Deafened condition with Rattled, or not. Otherwise, the deafness persists until the Bard ends the performance of Song of Mayhem.
