You must be level 21 or higher to equip, wield or wear an item with this property.

Up to twice per round, when performing any standard action or attack action that targets an enemy (including a combat maneuver), the wielder of a dispatch weapon may make one bonus attack at their highest attack bonus. A dispatch weapon can never add more than two such bonus attacks in a given round, even with the use of action points. Only one bonus attack can be gained per standard action or attack action performed.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 65), a vital remnant (tier 6), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
