Expeditious, Improved (Armor Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +4

Three times per day as a swift action, the wearer of Improved Expeditious armor can summon a burst of speed and gain a +20-foot enhancement bonus on all modes of movement for 1 round. While active, the wearer is considered to have a climb movement type and a swim movement type equal to their Base move.

This ability can be applied to any kind of armor, but not shields.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 37), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
