You bide your time, and then strike with such towering mastery your foe is utterly dumbfounded.

Prerequisites: Level 21, Weapon Focus (Feat): any ranged weapon

Benefit: Once per encounter, when you have a ranged attack ready to use, you can spend a standard action readying an Extraordinary Shot. This may be the Standard Action portion of a Full Attack action. At any point before the beginning of your next turn, you can expend your readied Extraordinary Shot action to range attack an attacking foe as an interrupt. If you hit their AC using all normal modifiers for your weapon, feats, and full BAB, your shot does normal damage and also strikes their weapon (including unarmed attacks and natural weapons), causing their strike to miss its target and ending their turn.

Note: If you wish you may delay the beginning of your next turn to maintain the readied Extraordinary Shot. This Extraordinary Shot does normal damage and can be used to inflict any conditions upon the target, good or ill, above and beyond stopping their attack and ending their turn.

Special: If the target of an Extraordinary Shot has action points, they may use them as normal to take another action after the Extraordinary Shot would normally end their turn. This shot can even knock other ranged attacks by thrown or projectile weapons out of the air. Doing so still ends the attackers turn.
