Fast Stealth
Prerequisites: -
Benefit: A rogue with this talent can move at full speed while using the Stealth skill, without suffering the normal -10 penalty for doing so.
Special: A rogue with the "Ruthless Rogue" path can, once per day, add her Str mod to a single Stealth check. Every 5 levels after 1st (e.g. at 6th, 11th, 16th, etc.), the Ruthless Rogue may use this talent one additional time per day.
