The fire damage granted by Flaming is bonus damage, which is not increased by a critical hit.  However, upon a successful critical hit, the wielder inflicts the [[Singed]] condition on the target as a free action, in addition to the weapon's normal critical damage. Upon command (a standard action), a flaming weapon is sheathed in fire that deals an extra +1d6 points of bonus fire (energy, common) damage on a successful hit. The fire does not harm the wielder. The effect remains until another command is given to extinguish.
