Fortification, Absolute (Shield Magic Property)

You must be level 21 or higher to equip, wield or wear an item with this property.

This shield produces a magical force that protects vital areas of the wearer perfectly. The wearer of such a shield is immune to critical hits and precision damage, and instead takes regular damage from an attack which would normally crit.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 57), a blazing remnant (tier 5), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
