Prerequisites: Epic Talents, Black Market Connections

Benefits: A rogue with this talent can reduce the cost of any item purchased, including magic items, by 10% over and above whatever discount they can negotiate via Barter. The rogue may not use this ability to purchase items the rogue isn't planning to keep for herself. In fact, if word gets back to the Rogue's contact that she has been straw-purchasing goods to undercut the market, she loses the use of this talent with that contact forever and likely gains an enemy. Furthermore, this rogue treats settlements as three category's larger and can never 'spook the market.'
