Merciful (Ranged Weapon Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +1

A merciful weapon deals an extra 1d6 points of base weapon damage to all creatures, but all damage it deals is nonlethal damage. As base weapon damage, this increases at levels 8, 15, 22, and 29 as normal. On command, as a standard action, the weapon suppresses this ability until told to resume it (allowing it to deal lethal damage, but without any bonus damage from this ability).

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 17), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
