Mighty Cleaving

This special ability can only be placed on melee weapons.

A mighty cleaving weapon allows a wielder using the Cleave feat to make a second additional attack if the first additional Cleave attack hits, as long as the third foe is adjacent to the second foe and also within reach. This additional attack cannot be against the first foe, namely, you may attack up to three separate foes but only once each, and only if you strike each previous foe successfully.

A mighty cleaving weapon grants no benefit to a wielder using the Great Cleave feat.
