Benefit: Once per encounter, the rogue may declare that an attack which just hit them, in fact, missed. Additionally, once per encounter, after failing a Reflex save, the rogue may declare that they, in fact, succeeded on the save. The rogue may use both effects in the same round if so desired. These declarations are not an action.
