Even your most powerful attacks are beautifully executed.
Prerequisites: BAB +21, Str 24, Dex 24, Weapon Focus (Feat), Weapon Specialization (Feat), Power Attack (Feat)
Benefit: You may use Powerful Precision with any weapon you have both Weapon Focus (Feat) and Weapon Specialization (Feat). To use Powerful Precision, you take penalties to your to-hit rolls in exchange for bonuses to damage.
