You have learned secrets no one but the Guild should know.
Prerequisites: Prowler 21
Related: Purloined Talent (Feat), Purloined Talent, Greater (Feat)
Benefit: The Prowler may choose one Epic Rogue Talent, assuming they meet all other pre-requisites for that Talent. The prowler may use this feat to select a basic Rogue Talent or an Advanced Rogue Talent instead of an Epic Rogue Talent if they prefer. This feat may only be selected once.
