Basic Rogue Talents

Befuddling Strike* - Opponents damaged by your sneak attack miss you more often APG

Bleeding Attack* - Cause opponents damaged by your sneak attack to bleed CRB
Camouflage - Gain a bonus to Stealth checks in certain terrains APG
Canny Observer - Gain a +4 bonus to Perception checks APG
Charmer - Roll two dice when using Diplomacy and take the better result APG
Clever Rogue - Use INT and DEX modifier as a bonus to attack and damage rolls, instead of STR. This cannot be stacked with the Finesse Rogue talent. EP
Coax Information - Substitute Bluff or Diplomacy for Intimidate APG
Combat Escapist 4 ranks in Escape Artist Escape grapples and pins as a move action and flatfoot your opponent. DDG
Combat Swipe - Gain Improved Steal as a bonus feat APG
Combat Trick - Gain a bonus combat feat CRB
Convincing Lie - Those who believe your lies use your Bluff skill when repeating the lies UC
Cover Identity - A rogue may pass as other classes with ease. EP
Cunning Trigger - Set off one of your traps within 30 ft as a swift action APG
Deft Palm - Use Sleight of Hand to conceal a weapon in plain sight UC
Dirty Strike - Once per encounter perform a dirty trick maneuver as part of a sneak attack RG
Disease Use - You can apply filth to your weapon as if it were a poison, infecting enemies with filth fever BotM
Distracting Attack* - Cause an enemy hit by your sneak attack to become flat-footed APG
Esoteric Scholar - Make a Knowledge check even when untrained UC
Expert Forger - A rogue with this talent can add half her level (minimum 1) to checks to create a forgery or fake document. EP
Expert Leaper - Make longer jumps and fall more gracefully APG
Face in the Crowd - You can blend into crowds more easily than most BotM
False Friend - Gain a bonus on bluff checks against those you've never met. ARG
Fast Fingers - Roll two dice when using Sleight of Hand and take the better result APG
Fast Getaway - Use a withdraw action after making a successful sneak attack or Sleight of Hand check APG
Fast Picks - Pick a lock as a standard action APG
Fast Stealth - Move at full speed while using Stealth CRB
Feint Expert - Re-roll a feint attempt RG
Finesse Rogue - Add DEX modifier as a bonus to attack and damage rolls, in addition to STR. This cannot be stacked with the Clever Rogue talent. EP

Getaway Artist - Add Fly, Handle Animal, and Ride to your list of class skills UC

Hold Breath - Hold your breath longer UC
Honeyed Words - Roll two dice when making a Bluff check and take the better result APG
Impersonator (Ex) - The rogue may add 1/2 her level (round down) to disguise checks. EP
Iron Guts - Gain a bonus on saves against becoming nauseated or sickened UC
Ki Pool - Gain a ki pool UC
Last Ditch Effort - Gain a second attempt to disarm a trap after the first fails. PoS
Lasting Poison - Poison applied to a weapon lasts for two successful attacks APG
Ledge Walker - Move along narrow surfaces at full speed using Acrobatics CRB
Lethal Acrobatics - Use Acrobatics to make an opponent flat-footed against you for one attack RG
Magic Adept - Re-roll a Use Magic Device check once per day RG
Magical Disguise (Sp) Int 11, Minor Magic Once per day, the rogue may cast disguise self as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to her level. EP
Magical Sleep (Sp) Int 13, Minor Magic A rogue with this talent may cast sleep as a spell-like ability. EP
Major Magic (Sp) Int 11, Minor Magic Cast a 1st-level sorcerer/wizard spell twice per day as a spell-like ability CRB
Maneuver Mastery - Choose one Combat Maneuver and use your Rogue level instead of your BAB RG
Melee Archer - Treat a ranged weapon as a reach weapon for purposes of flanks RG
Minor Magic (Sp) Int 10 Cast a 0th-level sorcerer/wizard spell three times per day as a spell-like ability CRB
Nimble Climber - Stop a fall while climbing by making a Climb check APG
Ninja Trick - Removed from Game -
Obfuscate Story - Cause confusion during someone's narration. ARG
Offensive Defense* - Gain a dodge bonus to AC against an opponent hit by your sneak attack APG
Peerless Maneuver - Roll two dice when making a Acrobatics check and take the better result APG
Philologist - May reroll a failed Linguistics check to decipher writing. PoS
Poison Use - Rogues with this talent are trained in the use of poison and cannot accidentally poison themselves when applying poison to a blade EP
Positioning Attack - When you hit, reposition yourself around the target APG
Powerful Sneak* - Treat all 1s on sneak attack damage dice as 2s CRB
Quick Disable - Disable a trap in half the normal amount of time CRB
Quick Disguise - Reduce the amount of time needed to create a disguise APG
Quick Scrounge - You can search a creature or area more quickly than most BotM
Quick Trapsmith - Set a trap as a full-round action APG
Resiliency - Gain temporary hit points to avoid dying CRB
Rogue Crawl - Move at half speed while prone CRB
Rope Master - Move at normal speed when using a rope while climbing UC
Sacred Sneak Attack Good alignment Sneak attack damage is considered good-aligned for the purpose of overcoming DR vs. undead or evil outsiders, normal weapon damage is unaffected for this attack. CoP
Sacrifice Self Evasion class ability Provide an adjacent ally the benefits of evasion instead of yourself, essentially halving the damage that ally would normally take. If you also have improved evasion you can attempt a secondary save against the ally's dmg. If successful, neither takes any damage. CoP
Scavenger - You can quickly hide objects from others BotM
Secret Keeper - A rogue may add her INT bonus to saves against any effect that would force her to speak the truth. EP
Slow Reactions* - Opponents damaged by your sneak attack may not make attacks of opportunity CRB
Snap Shot - Gain initiative 20 for a surprise round APG
Sneaky Maneuver* - Anytime you hit an opponent with a melee sneak attack you may take an attack penalty and attempt a dirty trick, disarm, steal, sunder, or trip combat maneuver instead of dealing sneak attack damage. MM
Sniper's Eye - Pierce concealment when performing sneak attack with ranged attacks APG
Stand Up - Stand up from a prone position as a free action CRB
Steal the Story Obfuscate Story Destroy someone's reputation with his/her listeners. ARG
Strong Impression - Gain Intimidating Prowess as a bonus feat APG
Strong Stroke - Rolls twice when making Swim checks and take the better result UC
Surprise Attack - During the surprise round opponents are considered flat-footed to the rogue CRB
Survivalist - Add Heal and Survival as class skills APG
Swift Poison - Apply poison to a weapon as a move action APG
Terrain Mastery - Removed from game UC
Trap Spotter - Receive a Perception check whenever you come within 10 feet of a trap CRB
Underhanded* - Deal max damage with a sneak attack using a concealed weapon during the surprise round UC
Wall Scramble - Roll twice when making Climb checks and takes the better result UC

Cloaked (Su) Epic Talents, Selective Obfuscation, Minor Magic Cast invisibility on yourself as a swift action at will. EP
Critical Strike (Ex) Epic Talents When you crit, even your sneak attack damage is maximized. EP
Disease Mastery (Ex) Epic Talents, Disease Use, Non-Good Slather any disease on your weapon and inflict it like a poison. EP
Disjoining Strike* (Su) Epic Talents, Dispelling Strike The Rogue's Dispelling Attack also functions as the spell Mage's Disjunction. EP
Dispelling Strike* (Su) Epic Talents, Dispelling Attack The Rogue's Dispelling Attack now functions as a Greater Dispel Magic spell EP
Enabler (Ex) Epic Talents Once per encounter, grant an ally an immediate attack on an enemy you just missed EP
Epic Dodge (Ex) Epic Talents Once per encounter, declare that an attack which successfully hit you actually missed you. EP
Epic Sneak Attack (Ex) Epic Talents The damage die of the Rogue's Sneak attack gains +1 per die. EP
Foul Play (Ex) Epic Talents Once per day after hitting an enemy, move up to 30 feet to another square adjacent to it without provoking attacks of opportunity. EP
Gutter Mage (Sp) Epic Talents, Major Magic, Int 13 Gain the ability to cast a 2nd-level spell from the sorcerer/wizard spell list once per day. EP
In Your Shoes (Ex) Epic Talents Once per day, the rogue may swap places with a willing creature as an immediate action. EP
Knows a Guy (Ex) Epic Talents, Black Market Connections Reduce the cost of any item purchased, including magic items, by 10% over and above whatever discount they can negotiate via diplomacy. EP
Like Picking Your Teeth (Ex) Epic Talents You may now use your disable device skill to pick a lock as a move action. EP
Nemesis (Su) Epic Talents Spend an action point to deal sneak attack damage on all attacks against one designated enemy, even if it is not flanked or flat-footed EP
Onslaught (Ex) Epic Talents, Enabler Once per encounter, grant a second ally an immediate attack on an enemy you just missed, in addition to the attack granted by Enabler EP
Provocateur (Ex) Epic Talents, Rumormonger Use Rumormonger a number of times per day, instead of per week, and gain a +4 bonus on the influence roll. EP
Punctured (Ex) Epic Talents, Epic Sneak Attack The damage die of the Rogue's Sneak attack gains another +1 per die, to a total bonus of +2 per die. EP
Selective Obfuscation (Ex) Epic Talents The rogue may allow a number of her allies to perceive her, even while stealthed or invisible, up to her INT mod. EP
Shell Game* (Ex) Epic Talents, Befuddling Strike When the rogue deals sneak attack damage against an opponent, that opponent gains the Disoriented condition EP
Supreme Stealth (Su) Epic Talents, Cloaked Cast greater invisibility on yourself as a swift action at will. EP
Street Mage (Sp) Epic Talents, Gutter Mage, Int 15 Gain the ability to cast a 3rd-level spell from the sorcerer/wizard spell list once per day, and your 0-level spells become usable at will EP
True Friend (Ex) Epic Talents Once per encounter, when a rogue with this talent is hit with a melee attack, she can redirect the attack to strike one of her allies instead of herself. EP
What's In It's Pockets? (Ex) Epic Talents, Combat Swipe Gain the Greater Steal and Quick Steal feats, and you may attempt to steal Backpacks, Boots, Wrist Slot Items, and Hand Slot items with the Steal maneuver. EP
Wheedle (Ex) Epic Talents A rogue with this talent may roll twice on any Bluff or Diplomacy roll she makes, choosing the best result. EP
Wrongfoot* (Ex) Epic Talents Once per encounter, cause a creature just hit with sneak attack damage to become flat-footed against one PC ally (or yourself) until the beginning of your next turn. EP
