Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 11, Minor Magic (Talent)
Benefit: A rogue with this talent may read a scroll as an attack action during combat, and they do not provoke attacks of opportunity when doing so.
In addition, the rogue decreases their chance of arcane spell failure when activating a scroll while wearing armor by 20%.
Furthermore, the rogue with this talent increases the effective caster level and save DC's of any spell they cast from a scroll by +1.
