Prerequisites: Rogue 16
Benefit: A rogue that ends their movement at least 15 feet away the space they began their turn in gains partial concealment (20% miss chance) until the start of their next turn. Furthermore, this concealment may be used to initiate stealth (instead of needing total concealment or total cover), though the standard rules for breaking stealth still apply.
