Sharpness (Melee Weapon Magic Property)
A weapon of Sharpness has been magically enchanted to subtly guide the hand of its wielder to seek out the most vulnerable spots of its target. This property adds +1 to the critical threat range of a weapon. For example, a Longsword has a normal critical threat range if 19-20. With the 'keen' property, it becomes 18-20. The keen property does not modify the weapon's critical multiplier.
In addition, a weapon of Sharpness automatically confirms critical threats, removing the need to roll a confirmation roll.
Finally, A weapon of Sharpness deals its full critical damage to any creature it critically hits, even if that creature is normally immune to critical hits.
This property does not stack with the benefit provided by Deathly or any other magic property that improves critical threat range, but it does stack with feats, racial traits, and/or class features that expand the critical threat range of a weapon (such as the Improved Critical feat). Spells and other effects do not stack.
