Prerequisites: Rogue 1
Benefit: A rogue with this talent can apply her full sneak attack damage on attacks that successfully strike foes with partial concealment (20% miss chance) that are within 30 feet. Foes with total concealment (50% miss chance) that are struck take half the rogue's sneak attack damage (round down). Note that this talent does not eliminate the miss chance; the attack must still hit. Similarly, this talent does not automatically make concealed foes subject to sneak attacks; the foe must still be flat-footed, flanked, etc. to be subject to sneak attacks.
