Prerequisites: -
Benefit: A rogue with this talent can apply her full sneak attack damage on attacks that successfully strike foes with partial concealment (20% miss chance) that are within 30 feet. Foes with total concealment (50% miss chance) that are struck take half the rogue's sneak attack damage (round down).
