Speed (Ranged Weapon Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +3

Up to once per encounter, when making a full-attack action, the wielder of a speed weapon may make one bonus attack at their highest attack bonus. This benefit is not cumulative with similar effects, such as a Haste or Divine Power spell.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 30), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
