When you have a readied action for your Spell Shot, you can use it as an Extraordinary Shot to negate an attack and end the foes turn, and you may also automatically negate spells or spell-like abilities as if you cast a [[Dispel Magic (Sorcerer/Wizard Spell)]] upon the struck target. If you miss, there is obviously no effect. Use your own Bailiwick Skill for the roll (and hopefully it is a good number). Doing so still inflicts damage as normal and has all other effects as Extraordinary Shot.

You can shoot spells out of the air in mid-cast.

Prerequisites: Level 26, Weapon Focus (Feat) with ranged weapon, Extraordinary Shot (Feat)

Benefit: This feat allows you to perform a Spell Shot as a standard action once per encounter. This is a separate feat from Extraordinary Shot (Feat), and may be used in the same encounter as a 'mere' Extraordinary Shot, although not in the same round unless you have access to two standard actions in a round (say, by the expenditure of an Action Point).

When you have a readied action for your Spell Shot, you can use it as an Extraordinary Shot to negate an attack and end the foes turn, and you may also automatically negate spells or spell-like abilities as if you cast a Dispel Magic (Sorcerer/Wizard Spell) upon the struck target. If you miss, there is obviously no effect. Use your own Bailiwick Skill for the roll (and hopefully it is a good number). Doing so still inflicts damage as normal and has all other effects as Extraordinary Shot.
