Stealthy Sniper
Prerequisites: Advanced Talents
Benefits: When a rogue with this talent uses the Stealth skill to snipe, she only suffers a -10 penalty on the Stealth check, instead of -20.
Special: A rogue with the "Ruthless Rogue" path may, once per day, add her Strength modifier to her Stealth check to re-hide after sniping. Every 5 levels after 1st (e.g. at 6th, 11th, 16th, etc.), the Ruthless Rogue may use this aspect of the talent one additional time per day.
