Sudden Assault (Ex)

Requires: Barbarian 1
Benefit: Once per round as a free action, you can activate Sudden Assault. If you perform a Charge maneuver before the start of your next turn, you gain a +4 bonus on the maneuver check.

Progression:

  • 11th Level: If you perform a Charge maneuver while this rage power is active, you gain a +2 dodge bonus to your Armor Class until the start of your next turn.
  • 21st Level: During any round in which you activate Sudden Assault, you can perform a charge maneuver as a Swift Action. If you are already able to perform a charge maneuver as a swift action (from a feat, or some other ability), this rage power allows you to perform it as a Free Action instead. As always, you may never perform more than one combat maneuver in the same round.
  • 31st Level: During any round in which Sudden Assault is active, you may add your CON modifier to the damage of any Charge maneuver you perform.
