At the moment, I can't think of any reason why the 'Henchman' role should exist.  If it is just a regular monster with a role that has no attributes, what's the point?
if we are calling out what mobs are 'henchmen' in the villains/threats, I agree.  we need to discuss if threats/vills are going to have specific mobs as henches, as well as the beast tamer and that ilk
