I think I want to change the Bard's Versatile Performance class feature, so that instead of using their Perform skill in place of other skills, they just get a new Natural Talent from each instance of the class feature.  This would be a nerf, since they would have to then spend skill points on each of these skills to remain good at them. I might also consider giving them a few more skill points to play with, to compensate a little for this.  But in general, I've never really liked the 'I can just pump the crap out of my perform skill and be awesome at everything' aspect of the bard class.  I know we're at Version 1.0, and we swore we'd never make changes to the game again, but no one is playing a bard, so I think we could get away with this.  Also, it's a fairly easy change to make (it only appears on the Bard page; there are no feats or special things that modify it).
* update all the monster template sub-templates (e.g. To-Hit, Save-DC, Special-Standard-Dmg, etc.) so that if "Lore" is in the page title, it replaces the value with "<span style="background:black; color:white">REDACTED</span>"
