* revisit monster perception numbers (CR15 mobs get +37 to perception, and rick's Stealth is +32).
* Monster skills updated: previous numbers were scaled from Challenging DC - 2 (to put them a little easier than a Challenging DC), but neglected the fact that they would then roll a d20 to add to that.  I have adjusted the numbers to Challenging DC - 12, which is a minor buff.  This puts the Dragonborn perception skill at 27 (passive perception 37), meaning Rick's rogue would need a 5 or better against their passive, or an advantage of +5 against an opposed (active) roll. This seems about right to me.
:* Heroes should succeed about 2/3rds of the time on their best skills. A 7 or better on the die should beat an roll of an 11 by the monsters. Meaning perception should probably be about +28 at CR15, not +37.
:* note that the monsters are still tied to the Challenging DC base numbers, so adjustments there would propagate out to all monsters automatically, as before.

I am hesitant to change this, as the numbers should be based on the mechanics of the game.  It is possible that the players are not aware of some of the new skill boosters?  We MIGHT have missed the math, but I'd want to look at it a bit closer, to see what's going on.

* need to talk about action economy of metamagic feats applied to spells which are faster than a standard action (do they become full round actions? what about spells which are immediates and only work as an interrupt?)
