* Monster skills updated: previous numbers were scaled from Challenging DC - 2 (to put them a little easier than a Challenging DC), but neglected the fact that they would then roll a d20 to add to that.  I have adjusted the numbers to Challenging DC - 12, which is a minor buff.  This puts the Dragonborn perception skill at 27 (passive perception 37), meaning Rick's rogue would need a 5 or better against their passive, or an advantage of +5 against an opposed (active) roll.  This seems about right to me.
:* note that the monsters are still tied to the Challenging DC base numbers, so adjustments there would propagate out to all monsters automatically, as before.
* need to talk about action economy of metamagic feats applied to spells which are faster than a standard action (do they become full round actions? what about spells which are immediates and only work as an interrupt?)
