== Suggested Improvements ==
* inspiration - so far, every warlord ever has taken the [[Inspiration, Improved (Feat)]]. Does this suggest that maybe it needs a little boosting?
        * (DGW) Why would a Warlord NOT take the feat, ever?  1 feat to add to the temp hp for the entire party.
                Problem may not be with the class ability being too weak, but the feat being too strong?
* encouraging word - probably needs to scale faster
* exhortation - should go faster than 1 hp/round at higher levels, or perhaps an ability to use two uses to fully heal a target (still out of combat; always out of combat!)
* hold the line - we buffed it for combat maneuvers. may not need anything else.

== action economy ==
Warlords have terrible action economy.
* hold the line - swift to activate (this is fine)
* inspiration - move action (swift? maybe at higher levels?)
* encouraging word - standard action (should probably include an attack, similar to how castigate works)

== Warlord Example Build ==
== Warlord Example Build ==
(Probably not actually a legal build; needs reviewed; keeping it here in case we get around to building a viable sample build later, so we can steal ideas from this one)
