Your taunts are particularly effective.

Prerequisites: Level 1, <Fighter's Challenge class feature -OR- Goading Ki (Feat) -OR- Censuring Smite (Feat) -OR- Heedful Jeer (Feat)>

Related: Heedful Jibe (Feat), Discouraging Word (Feat), Stand Still (Feat), Steady Engagement (Feat)

Benefit: A character with this feat improves their ability to taunt enemies, increasing the penalty they apply to the target creature (or creatures) by an additional -1 except when they make an attack against the taunting character. Thus, Goading Ki's penalty would increase by 1, a fighter's challenge would inflict a penalty one higher, etc. If the character with this feat also applies a condition with their taunting ability (such as the effects of the powerful Heedful Jibe, or Discouraging Word), then the effects of that condition become 1 worse for the victim.
