A melee weapon crafted with this ability gains a range increment of 10 feet and can be thrown by a wielder proficient in its normal use.  The melee weapon so enchanted no longer requires a full round to throw, even if it is a two-handed weapon.  If placed upon a melee or thrown weapon which already has a range increment, that range increment is increased by ten feet.
