Velocity (Melee Weapon Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +5

Once per round, when the wielder performs at least one melee attack, they may make one bonus attack at their highest attack bonus. This benefit cannot be used during any round in which the wielder only performs a combat maneuver (such as a charge), or otherwise fails to perform a melee attack that includes a to-hit roll.

This benefit is not cumulative with similar effects, such as the Speed weapon property, but it is compatible with effects that add a bonus attack to a Full Attack action, such as the Haste or Divine Power (Cleric Spell) spells.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 43), a bright remnant (tier 3), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
