Journeyman's Wand of Empowerment

CL 12 Magic Wand • Moderate Enchantment
Cost: 30,000 gp
Weight: 0.6 lbs.
Family: Wand of Empowerment

A wand of empowerment is a thin reed of a flexible wood, perhaps holly or something similar, that billows outward at both ends, trumpet-like. The central part of the wand has been carved with fine grooves to make it easier to grip.

A journeyman's wand of empowerment grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Empower Spell (Feat) to any 1st through 6th level spell, up to once per round, without increasing the spell level of the spell.

The wielder must already possess the Empower Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.

This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 34 (10 + double CL)), Pale (tier 2) remnant, An item symbolic of the enchantment, 15,000 gp (minus cost of symbolic item).
